Inter-transcultural coaching is individual and can be designed flexibly depending on the situation and needs. In principle, coaching takes place in four steps:
1. Clarification of the situation: The situation is described and explained by listening and asking questions. The focus is on aspects such as perceptions, interpretations, emotions, needs and general conditions.
2. Goal setting: We often feel the desire for change, but cannot yet formulate exactly what this might look like. That's why an important step in coaching is to clarify your own goals: What do I want? Where should something change? In which direction should change go? Which objectives are realistic?
3. Analysis and strategy development: This is about the question of how we can achieve our goals. The situation is analyzed to enable an understanding of the current state. Situation-related knowledge input and changes in perspective enable the recognition of scope for action and the development of practical, solution-oriented action strategies.
4. Reflection: In order to make coaching sustainable, the application and implementation of the developed action strategies is reflected together and corrected if necessary.
